A Lesson to Share

Being one with your vessel transcends navigation. It signifies a harmonious connection where every movement and decision feels instinctive, enhancing awareness and appreciation for the journey.

This is entry that came through my journal.

The Vessel

You get to decide, what goes in the vessel.

We each have a vessel. Visiting this church in Iceland, I came to this knowing that what I was encountering was a mirror image of a vessel. Our bodies and our minds our are own unique container. Hopefully you to can find a space to clear and space to enter new things in your life too.

Your vessel is peaceful your, vessel is kind, your vessel can be playful, creative, heartwarming, relationship driven. You can have a very healthy vessel.

What things are you not taking inside the vessel? judgment from other’s negativity, approval, relying on other’s opinions, letting somebody else lead.

Things that you continue to put in your vessel , you're going to put in positivity, trust, love and respect inside the vessel. You're going to put water, trees in your vessel. The infinite outcome is you're going to put happiness in your own self.

Joy, Caring and Respect will be in the center of your vessel. You're going to bring other healers in the vessel those that you have an admiration or respect for

This is your vessel… No one can tell you what to put in your vessel or how you to going to layer it

So from this journal prompt I have put into action the visual of my vessel, yours might be different. Mine is a large bowl like a container it is vast and endless. On a daily basis I find my self checking in on what I am putting inside my vessel. Sometimes I need to clean house and take out what doesn’t belong. My inner smile appears and I gently toss these unwanted things outside of the vessel. My favorite thing is to sit with my vessel and feel whole. Giving myself much gratitude.
